- Inspect your package carefully upon arrival, If there is any damaged part or you may think there are missing OR defective parts, we must receive a written notice via e-mail with 24 hours. We will not cover any replacement or broken parts after installation. In the case of the buyer incorrectly installing the parts/units, or not conforming to our product requirements, we will not offer any warranty and will not be liable for any damage.

  We apologize for this inconvenience but due to the number of inexperienced buyers attempting to repair their own equipment we have had to resort to this policy.

   We strongly recommend you to have the system that you purchased, installed by a professional or a knowledgeable person, in order to protect yourself from any loses.

- All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee and will charge up to 20% for

(free shipping) listed items.

- We ship to any address in United States & worldwide.

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping; you may return the item within 15 days of purchase as long as the item has not been removed from the original packaging. Once the item is removed from the original packaging and installed in your application, it cannot be returned. If you wish to return an item within 15 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a refund according to the terms listed below, or a credit toward the purchase of another item. All returned merchandise must be unused in original condition and original packaging. There is no return credit for shipping charges. reverseosmosis-usa.com will not accept any returns after 15 days from the purchase date for any reason.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first by email. Please provide us your order number, first and last name, a reason for the return the item back. If approved, you will receive an RMA number that must be written on the return shipping label. Return shipments should be directed to the address provided:

Credits will be issued when we receive and examine the returned items. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed credit, partial credit or refusal of the returned items as listed in the details below.

For free shipping orders, the customer has to cover the original shipping cost.

All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt.
Refunds are administered based on the returned items condition.
Products must be in the original packaging. The product and the packaging must arrive in brand new condition without any damage or markings on the packaging so that the product can be resold.

reverseosmosis-usa.com reserve the sole right to determine, at their discretion, the fair refund amount based on the condition of the item being returned.

reverseosmosis-usa.com will be as fair as possible in determining variable refunds.
If, though, the refund amount isn't acceptable to you, you have the option to pay a shipping charge and have the item sent back to you.

If freight is being returned after it has been received by customer, customer will be responsible for any damage to freight at cost.

If you are returning a product because we made an error in your order, we will send you the correct item once receive the wrong item at no additional shipping cost, and we will pay up for return shipping via Regular Ground with proof of shipping cost "receipt copy".

Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a return.

Special custom made systems are subjected to additional 25% management & restocking fees from the day the customer place the order regardless if the system shipped or still in our stock.
